Shiptown Music Showcase is a brand-new music competition for amateur talent in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Musicians, 13-21, will compete via social media and then during the grand finale, a live performance at the Mary D. Pretlow Anchor Branch Library in Norfolk, Virginia on Saturday, April 13, 2024. SMS is sponsored by the Norfolk Public Library.
